How can I get involved in your research?
I am recruiting two students/UROPs starting in Spring 2025. Project details are available here. To be considered, fill out the interest form with your reasons for applying, relevant skills, and an option to attach your resume/CV.
Are you available to give a talk or participate in a panel?
Research: Yes, I love sharing insights from my research. My talks often cover topics like design theory and methods, cognitive biases in engineering, and fostering equity in technical processes.
FGLI Experience: I also speak about my experiences as a first-generation, low-income student, leader, and advocate.

Do you offer consulting services?
Yes, I offer consulting services in engineering design, design communication, and concept-selection processes. If you’re interested, please email a brief description of your project and goals, and I’ll follow up to discuss how I can help.

I welcome opportunities to collaborate with engineering design firms. I’m always recruiting industry professionals to participate in studies such as surveys, interviews, and on-site research. Collaboration can include sharing insights from my research or running workshops to help translate research findings into actionable strategies for your team.
